L2PERIMETER / CONTROL LIBRARY

Map once. Satisfy many.

ISO 27001, SOC 2 and DPDP requirements are mapped into a single control set. Collect evidence for a control once, and it counts against every requirement it covers.

  • Pre-mapped Annex A, Trust Services Criteria and DPDP duties
  • Statement of Applicability generated from your scope
  • Add custom controls for client or sector demands

L3GATE / AI EVIDENCE COLLECTOR

Evidence that collects itself.

The collector reads configuration from your cloud, identity, code, ticketing and HR systems every day. AI matches each result to a control, flags what is missing and notifies the owner.

  • Daily checks with timestamps auditors trust
  • Gaps routed to the person who can fix them
  • Screenshots and exports replaced by system records

Where the auditor finally walks in.

A risk register that stays current, and an audit room where every request has an owner, a deadline and an answer.

THE 60-DAY PATH

From first login to auditor login.

A typical first ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type I journey for a team of 50 to 200 people.

  1. Day 0

    Connect

Read-only connections to cloud, identity, code, ticketing and HR. Scope the ISMS and pick frameworks.

  2. Day 7

    Gap report

Every control scored as passing, gap or failing, with an owner and a plain-English fix.

  3. Day 21

    Policies approved

Policy Studio drafts your set, owners approve, staff acknowledge from their inbox.

  4. Day 45

    Evidence complete

Automated checks run daily. Manual items have due dates and reminders.

  5. Day 60

    Audit room open

Your auditor logs in, raises requests and reviews evidence without a single shared drive.

BUILT FOR

Teams whose buyers ask hard security questions.

SaaS companies

Close enterprise deals that stall on the security questionnaire. Ship SOC 2 and ISO 27001 together from one evidence set.

IT services firms

Answer client audits and MSAs with one ISMS that covers every delivery centre and every client project.

Fintechs

Show partner banks and payment networks a live view of access, logging, vendor and incident controls.

Health-tech

Handle sensitive personal data with consent records, data maps and breach plans that hold up to scrutiny.

BPOs

Prove clean-desk, access and training controls across large, shifting teams without chasing every floor manager.

GCCs

Align a captive centre with the parent company control set while meeting India-specific DPDP duties.

RESPONSIBLE AI AND DATA

A compliance tool should pass its own audit.

The same discipline we help you prove is built into how Sysmasinfo handles your systems and your data.

Read the collector guardrails

Read-only by design

Integrations request the narrowest read scopes each control needs. Every access is logged and visible to you.

Humans approve

AI marks evidence as matching or missing. A compliance owner reviews before anything reaches an auditor.

Auditors decide

Sysmasinfo gets you ready. Certification decisions are made only by independent, accredited auditors.

Stored in India

Customer data is encrypted, stored in India by default and never sold or used to train shared models.

QUESTIONS

What teams ask before they connect.

Does Sysmasinfo certify us?
No. Certification and attestation are issued only by independent auditors and certification bodies. Sysmasinfo gets your controls, evidence and policies ready so the audit goes smoothly, and gives your auditor a clean room to work in.
Which tools can you connect?
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, GitHub, GitLab, Jira and common HR systems. Anything else can be covered with scheduled manual evidence tasks that have owners and due dates.
Do you access our customers’ data?
No. We use read-only access to configuration, settings and logs that a control needs, such as whether MFA is enforced or whether backups ran. We do not read your production databases or customer records.
Does it cover the DPDP Act?
It helps with readiness: notices, consent records, data mapping, processor contracts, breach response and erasure workflows. Legal interpretation of the Act and Rules is for your counsel. Sysmasinfo provides readiness tools, not legal advice.
Can we bring our own auditor?
Yes. Invite any auditor or certification body into the Audit Room at no extra cost. Auditor fees are agreed directly between you and the auditor.
How long does setup take?
Connecting your first tools takes about fifteen minutes. Most teams have a full gap report within the first week and are audit-ready in six to ten weeks, depending on how many gaps need fixing.

L6 / DATA CORE

Seal the core.

Connect up to three tools and see exactly where you stand against one framework. Free, read-only, and live in about fifteen minutes.
